this is part of the littles collection and though much bigger than the first series of littles but still really small. they are inspired by that magical realm that kids go into while playing with dolls and miniature toys. there is something special about the dreamy headspace you enter while looking at them. it’s almost like the littles feel bigger than my normal sized pieces. working this small if very difficult and almost take as long to carve as my medium sized buddies. i personally love them paired with bigger pieces, the contrast of sizing is nice. they are grounding, centering and transporting. carved out of a single piece of rosewood. it has some small holes that you can see in the close up photos. i think they add character but it is up to you…
