this is a fun variation i mad by cutting a bigger piece in half. so there are two of them. this is the one with a little shorter legs. it is the geometry of an icosahedron with three legs grown out of the sides. i love these pieces that have a balance between structure and flow and also referencing the platonic solids in a subtle way. this piece is carved out of a single piece of monkey pod wood. it has a few subtle cracks on the top because it was sitting on my porch for a couple of years.
